Cajun Salmon

Yummy Cajun Salmon, served with streamed asparagus and rice. Perfect for a dinner party of four! Check out the recipe below, enjoy.

Ingredients:


Cajun Salmon

- pan fried, 4 minutes on both sides

Seasoned to taste:

salt

paprika

black pepper

cayenne pepper

onion powder

garlic powder

1/2 tsp minced garlic

thyme leaves, pinch to garnish



Asparagus

- Steamed, (5 mins) with led on top.

garlic, minced

salt

black pepper



Rice

- steamed, (20 minutes), rice cooker

1 cup rice

1 cup water

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 tbsp butter
