Baked Chicken
8 whole wings
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (red pepper)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp canola oil
thyme, to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the oil and season. After seasoning and placing in baking dish, pour 1/2 cup of water in pan. Arrange on the prepared rack and roast for about 40 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Broccoli
steamed - 5 minutes
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
Rice
20 minutes steamed (in rice cooker)
1 cup rice
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp butter

Cook Time: 40m
