Try Salmon Croquettes with rice, potatoes or pasta! They can be made for any meal of the day: breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The first time I tried Salmon croquettes, I was in college and one of my roommates were making them, I asked her what are those and she said Salmon croquettes, then of course I asked if I could try one. They have been one of my favorite dishes ever since.
