Updated: Nov 12, 2019

Create this spicy lo mein with your favorite vegetables or meat! This lo mein was made with Wel-Pac Chow Mein noodles and P.F Changs teriyaki sauce.

Have you ever went to the store and had no idea what you were going to buy? That was me, the day I decided to make this yummy Lo Mein dish. Randomly, I decided to go to Target but had absolutely no idea what I was there for.

1 cup yellow bell pepper

1 cup red bell pepper

1 cup red onions

1 cup mushrooms

6 ounce Lo Mein, noodles Wel-Pac Chow Mein

Sirachi, drizzled, to garnish

2 garlic gloves

Salt

Black pepper

1 egg, optional

Prep Time: 15m

Cook Time: 15m

Total Time: 30

Serves: 2-3

Instruction

  1. In a medium pot, place water and boil for 7-10 minutes.

  2. While water is boiling, slice all bell peppers, onion, garlic, and mushrooms, season them then place in a large pan to saute for 5 minutes.

  3. Once bubbles are visible in water, place noodles in heated water for 3-5 minutes. After noodles have soften, drain, then pour noodles into large pot with vegetables.
