Smoothies are a great way to get all your nutrition in one drink. They also can substitute as a meal.

Smoothie Saturday! After a long work week, you'll need to get your weekend started off right! I usually do a huge smoothie on Saturday mornings that last me about 1-2 hours.


Spinach, 1 cup

Raspberries, 1 tablespoon

Strawberries, 1/4 cup

Blueberries, 2 tablespoon

Banana, 1 whole

Almond milk, 1/2 cup

Orange Juice, 1/2 cup

Prep Time: 5m

Cook Time: 1m

Total Time: 6m

What is your favorite smoothie? I love to have a Peanut Butter Cup from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. However, I usually use whatever I have in the freezer because I'll always freezing leftover fruits that I know I probably won't have time to eat.
